[ well... while it's good to hear Matt echo the sentiments he's heard from others - they're being well-treated - it is still received with a quiet waver of unease. the Regent takes care of their own; that is a boon and a curse. the more comfortable and luxurious their accommodations, the easier it is to find a sense of belonging and comfort among Achamoth - and under the Regent's thrall.

Well, admittedly, things have been-- ah... interesting? A bit difficult, logistics-wise. I'm sure you can imagine we were a bit like chickens with our heads cut off for a while, there-- but the kindness of strangers can't be overstated... some of the locals were kind enough to give us a bit of help where we ended up.

But I promise-- all of us are hale and healthy, and we're making due! I'm not quite sure what the future holds for us from here... for you, either, Mr. Matt. And... that is what I sincerely worry about, if I'm being honest you.
