I do better with open wounds. Internal injuries aren't out of the question, though. Broken bones I'm not certain of, but I can make an attempt at least. I'm not going to make anyone volunteer for me to test out that latter one on them.

If I can touch the injured person, I can heal them. At least to the best of my ability.
