The heart of alchemical research on Horos is situated in Hylici, a city-state of academia given freedom to do as they please in exchange for absolute loyalty to the Regent's command. We haven't been granted permission to visit just yet, the Hylicians are also highly individualistic and pride in what they have and who they are. We will have to wait for deploy orders to go there, but in the meanwhile, there should be smaller and more personalized workshops around Achamoth. The Achamites are always eager to serve the Regent's Aions, you can likely get most things that catch your interest with your status alone.
