PLEROMA | VOICE, ALSO FORWARD DATED TO AROUND THEN
[Estinien still isn't sure how he feels about this method of communication, but now that it seems like something may be on the horizon, he'll sacrifice his mental well-being to get it done. He pushes inexpertly into the psychic realm, reaching out to all of those touched by the Pleroma.
It comes through roughly like his voice, but with a persistent sense of wary anticipation tinging it.]
Hail. This is Estinien Wyrmblood... with any luck, I have been able to reach you.
My dreams have been plagued by queer echoes of the selfsame vision we all had upon our arrival. It feels as if the shrines are once again stirring, and that more lost souls have fallen within their hold. If so, we can be sure that the Regent and their new thralls will one more move to claim the victims as prisoners.
We cannot allow this to happen. This time, I plan to meet the Kenoma's forces head-on, challenging them for the strategic positions around the shrines they took for granted last time. I know that not all of us have the training or abilities required to fight against such odds, but for those that do, I implore you to join me. 'Tis possible that we can spare these new arrivals the same dire fate.
Regardless of whether you join me on the field, I would find great value in knowing everything you can offer concerning the nature of the Kenoma's Aion forces. I fought a handful of them in the caverns, but many more escaped my focus.
For those that will lend their strength, but who have gone to the city... it is now within our power to guide you to our more secure location. There are those we can confer here that will help us plan our best way forward.
[At this point, he will let his message drift. Compiling information and threadjacking are very much welcomed! We are shamelessly ripping off the Kenoma here.]

I'm hoping it won't though.

Abel knows enough about his past for none of this to be surprising either, he supposes. ]
I usually use a sword, but I know how to use knives and a pretty wide variety of guns too. I'll admit though, the last several years I've done more modification of guns than I've done any firing of them.
no subject
It sounds like a half-decent gun might be a bit difficult to get our hands on, hm... I'll keep my eyes open all the same, and if we're able to trade goods between Godsblood and the woods, we might be able to barter for some parts at the least, you think?

There's a pause, and the feeling of a sigh. There's no point in worrying about trying to be cagey about the name of the city they're in on the off chance anyone can listen in on these conversations, not when half a dozen people have dropped it already, huh?
Alright... ]
We might. It depends what happens to be in those woods, and if any of it is worth trading for.

Abel is thinking it over for a second, before: ]
Well! It's good to keep our options open, at the least! If our number might be growing sometime soon, then we ought to consider those new faces will need things like food and clothing too, right?
[ he misses Caterina... she would know what to do with all this. ]
no subject
Probably. We can't exactly rely on strangers to hand over their extras again. As long as we don't have anyone with picky taste though, we should be able to toss together something that will do in a pinch.
no subject
[ because they lack any tangible purpose outside of survival. their number are already spread between Godsblood and Greentruth, and even if there is a portal to join them - it does little to bridge a larger gap. ]
I'm not sure I have any way to fix a problem like that one, but-- it is a problem, isn't it?
no subject
Is this you volunteering to take lead, Father?
no subject
[ there is a distinct impression of distress that accompanies that thought; he is allergic to positions of responsibility... ]
I'd like to help out, of course. For now, maybe this is the best we can do... we were all thrust into this rather suddenly, so perhaps a bit of disorganization can't be helped, mm?

Though in general if people stay within thirty yalms they should be within range of my healing spells.

[ Don't get him wrong, he likes boobs as much as the next person who is into women, but something about being nicknamed after one... ]
That's good to know though. If things go really south we might have to send the newcomers your way too.
no subject
[ She's joking. Probably.
Right? Yeah. Absolutely joking. ]
That sounds like a plan. Maybe we can position a receiving group in that event. Though I suspect we'll have to talk to Tehri and the others here...they do seem not to like strangers in the forest. We were nearly ambushed on our way in the first time.
no subject
[ This is the feeling of sighing right now, without an actual sigh being heard. ]
I didn't realize they'd given you such a rough time at first. Are they even going to be willing to take on more of us?
no subject
[ It is absolutely none of her business but she is a curious one. ]
Well I'm pretty sure they thought we were enemies at first, but once they realized we weren't everything has been a cakewalk, comparatively. I won't lie, though...resources are low.
no subject
[ He doesn't particularly mind sharing at least. ]
The kind of low that we could make a dent in by stocking up in the city here? Or worse than that...?
no subject
[ So many places she hasn't travelled to...yet! ]
I think it would help. I get the impression that things have been rather secluded in the forest of late... You haven't found any other Aions than the ones you arrived with, have you?
no subject
[ He's fairly certainly he's the only one from his world that ended up on this one. ]
I haven't, but I haven't exactly been asking around for them either. I'm largely trying to keep a low profile here, and not draw attention to myself.
no subject
[ Is there any clear way to save their worlds? Nope. Not at all. It may even be a pipe dream, but she does like to have a goal--or at least something to keep spirits up. ]
Hmm...I guess that is something to keep in mind when we eventually reconvene. As Aions here we are definitely a point of interest.
no subject
If you manage to make your way to my planet, then I'll be sure to show you around, Miss Himeka.
[ As if he's seen the whole world himself, but details. ]
And we are that, but sometimes it's better not to draw in too much interest.
no subject
[ He could show her one block of a city and she would find that exciting enough. A simple woman of simple needs. ]
That's probably the right call. It doesn't seem like there have been many here in Greentruth that have been travelling back and forth, if at all from what I can tell.
